Benefits of Group Coaching

The summer is coming to a close, and with that being said, it’s a time where a lot of us sit back and realize we need to “get back on track!” Kids are going back to school and a great time for all of us to evaluate our goals and where we are on our own journeys. I will be launching group online coaching in addition to my one on one personal coaching sessions. Below I have listed a few benefits of group coaching.

I am excited to launch two different group programs,  The Vibrant Woman Project and Marvelous Menopause. Both programs are 12 week programs. You will be able to go online to my website healthcoachnky.com and register for the programs. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Each week a new module will be emailed to you, and I will be coaching live via zoom either on Tuesday or Wednesday evening depending on the program you choose. I will be offering group coaching continuously, so yes you can do both!
